Abbreviated Terms of Trade

The legal stuff. These terms are not exhaustive, Full terms will be included in the offer of service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing invoices are payable upon receipt

All parts and materials supplied remain the property of No Bull Services Limited until paid for in full.

We reserve the right to repossess them if you do not settle the account within a reasonable period of time.

Costs incurred by us or our agents to recover payment of monires due will be be added to the bill.

A deposit will be required to secure the booking of your job. The amount of the deposit will be sufficient to adequately cover the estimated cost of the materials or some other sum deemed to be appropriate in relation to the expected duration of the job.

Longer term jobs will be invoiced weekly or at the completion of predefined stages.

Delays that are not of our making or that are beyond our control will be charged at the hourly rate for the job.

If we are unable to start or complete your job at the agreed time it will be rescheduled for the next available time slot e.g. because of inclement weather conditions.

Time is charged in 30 minute segments and the minimum charge is 1 hour.

Our hourly rate starts at $55.00 per hour.

Painting: We will take care to try but we do not guarantee to match your existing paint colour(s)
