This task was to box in the under stair area to create a store room accessed from a door in the adjacent garage and tile then the stairs.

The stairs were just treads so the first part of the job was to fit risers. This was followed by the  timber framing and Gib.

The treads and risers were lined with fibre reinforced cement sheet to ensure good adhesion for the tiles and the 'toes' of the treads have painted steel strips to protect the edge of the tiles.
